Joyzride is an online travel platform that connects travelers with local chauffeur. It enables users to communicate with the locals and customize itinerary for their trips. Personalizing your very own travel experience has become possible with Joyzride.
Joyzride is currently only available in Malaysia. We are expanding and continuously developing new partnership within this region for a more exciting and comprehensive travel movements!
Joyzride offers the best tour guide or driver guide in town. They can become your local buddy and surprise you with amazing travel experiences.

Airport Transfer

Our driver will be waiting for you at the designated airport’s arrival hall.

Private Tour

Our private tour typically starts from 9:00AM to 7:00PM (10 hours / day). If you require specific travel time, kindly drop us a message and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
If the booked ride/driver failed to show up on the date of your private tour, do contact us immediately so that we can assist you to find a replacement right away. We will verify and proceed with a full refund if replacement could not be arranged. Nevertheless, be rest assured, we take our services seriously and all of our drivers are verified and reliable. We will take the necessary disciplinary actions on the respective personnel.

Payment

Yes. A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the tour/pick-up date. NO REFUND will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days notice or customers who do not turn up (no-show) on the agreed date and time. Customers may contact us for detailed information or clarifications with regards to cancellation refund.
Only VISA and Mastercard credit card payment are being supported at the moment. If you encounter any error/problem during your payment, kindly contact us for assistance.
